Why do you think there weren't any news reports about the rally?
There weren't any news reports about the rally because everyone that was in the chat room talking about it was a third child and I don't think that they would tell anyone about it that would actually make a news report about it.
I don't understand the people in the chat room had gone with Jen. Why don't you think the government has made a news report about the big third child rally?
Why wouldn't they make a news report about it though? The government had done something about their rally and should be out to the world. But why didn't they at least broadcast something like, "There was a rally against the third children policy. This situation has been tamed."?
I don't think they wanted people to know about the "shadow children"rebelling because they might actually win against the government. Think, if everyone knew what would they do? I think the people would start talking about and rethink of this law and soon might put down the government. Evenwith power the govrrnment can't go against all its people.
I agree with you a lot Kaitlynn, if they see what they had done to their children, grandchildren, cousins, or anybody else, they would go ballistic over it, and rebel against the president also.
I think that there wasn't a news report because this is the type of thing the government would want to hide. They don't want the world to know that a whole bunch of shadow children who stood up, and started a rally. This is their way of controlling the situation, so that nobody else joins in, they don't want it public.
I think that there weren't any new of the rally because they wanted to act like it never happened. If the rally were to be broadcasted all over the news it could give thirds the inspiration they need to stand up to the government. They also might not want people who are not thirds to know about this. They might side with the thirds, and try to get their freedom. On the other hand they might think that if they have to follow the rule the thirds need to follow the third, and they would take matters into their own hands. Either way if the government told the news to broadcast the rally it would not benefit the government.
If you went against a government without any knowledge it would be like grabbing for something in the dark. You have to have some information on someone, or something to go against it. It would be like you accusing me of something just because you heard it happen.
The government didn't want everyone to know about the rally, probably because they thought more people was against it and didn't want them to join in. Or, there could be other reasons, what if it was broadcasted and the government gave in? That would've shown weakness.
The government didn't want everyone else to know what some of the many thirds did. They shot down the kids so maybe they wanted to pretend like it never even happened. It could be that they are just cowardly and don't want others to join in and get involved into the already forming situation.
I can see on your prespective on how the government does not want other people to join on the situation. Although why do you think they are so scared of people protesting when they could easily kill them? We have to remember we are dealing with a unfair government. Do you think they don't want to have a bad name by killing people?

Although why do you think they are so scared of people protesting when they could easily kill them? We have to remember we are dealing with a unfair government. Do you think they don't want to have a bad name by killing people?
